Getting a good 7- 8 hours of sleep will help make the body feel relaxed and energized. If not, the body, as well as the brain, will function poorly, creating stress.

I have struggled with anxiety for a while and the best advice that I could give is to write down how you feel, since it tells a lot of the fears and doubts that you have. Out of all the ways, drinking tea and seeing a therapist was the best way to deal with anxiety, for me. I have been put on anxiety medications and that didn’t seem like the right way to control it.
