My Advice

I have struggled with anxiety for a while and the best advice that I could give is to write down how you feel, since it tells a lot of the fears and doubts that you have. Out of all the ways, drinking tea and seeing a therapist was the best way to deal with anxiety, for me. I have been put on anxiety medications and that didn’t seem like the right way to control it. It also felt bad when you stop suddenly. I hope that these techniques help deal with your anxiety.
